Genus Castor
A genus castor is a large rodent, with distinctive red eyes. It has fur, ranging in colour; black, brown and light brown. Their teeth are very sharp and can kill if bothered. It kills hundreds of people a year by its bite. They usually live all over North America. They are very hard to kill, because they are very vicious and hard to approach. The most common type of the Genus Castor is the brown furred. They live in swamp areas in their nest made with pieces of grass and wood. Genus Castors are very good swimmers, but slow on land.
Genus Castors have very sharp teeth(as mentioned above) and kills hundreds of people a year with their knife-like teeth. Be cautioned in forests, trails, because they might jump out and attempt to attack you. Make sure you make loud noises and look big to scare them away if you see one. They think that humans are very big preys sometimes and try to hunt them. If you encounter one, avoid eye contact at all times and if it shows aggression, retreat slowly, and run after there’s quite a distance between you and the animal.
